Christoph is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wildfire Pte Ltd, an influencer word-of-mouth media company based out of Singapore and Shanghai. Wildfire received the Most Innovative Company Award 2011 in the Interactive Digital Media category from the Singapore Venture Capital Association (SVCA).
Before becoming a full-time technology entrepreneur (Wildfire is his third start-up), Christoph studied medicine and qualified as a doctor. During his research work in neuroscience he developed an experimental method for the real-time modification of brain cell activity using multi-electrode-arrays (published in Frontiers Neuroscience).
He met his Co-founder, Benjamin Duvall at an MBA program in Singapore and in 2008, they founded Wildfire where Christoph is leading the development of a new product to modify online conversations in real-time through engaging authentic consumers; the platform is based on a technology architecture combining large data, smart algorithms and game mechanics.
His specialities include data mining, semantic text analysis, machine learning, web technology architecture, early-stage start-up fundraising.
